Standard aircraft and light/sport aircraft can be quoted through automated systems but Experimental Aircraft for the most part must be quoted by an underwriter. We have a sizeable client base of experimental aircraft owners and are well versed on their unique coverage options. (ie. Restriction fly off coverage, Passenger Coverage, etc.) Don't let the marketing folks fool you, there is no AOPA or EAA product out there that we don't have access to as well. There is nothing exclusive about those programs.

There are a number of different items you can do depending on your situation and current coverage. The first is to make sure you are insuring your aircraft for its actual value and not perceived value.
If your not financing your aircraft and own it outright you can look at Ground Not In Motion or Ground Not in Flight coverage for the aircraft hull.
Fly more accident free hours, the most important factor in rating are the pilot hours and loss history
