Colt International Risk Management (Colt RM) division was developed to provide ancillary service benefit to Colt International's fueling and flight planning operations. Colt International is the largest Contract Fuel provider in the world and over 90% of Jet Aircraft carry the Colt Fuel Card. Colt RM identified a market gap for aircraft operators to consolidate their Fuel, Trip Planning and Operations with their Risk Management requirements. Colt RM is the answer to that market gap. While Colt RM is a new name in the Risk Management/Advisor marketplace in 2012 Colt RM acquired the assests of National Aviation Insurance Agency, Inc. a well known Atlanta based Aviation Insurance Agency giving Colt RM a second office and a 10 year operating history.

At Colt RM we have recognized that in addition to having agents available during business hours they also need to be available after hours as well for emergencies and claim reporting. Our operating philosphy is to answer all questions and respond to all emails within 24 hours. If your agent is unavailable any one in the office can handle your question or policy service and your agent will be kept in the loop even if they are out of the office, on vacation or other wise unavailable at that particular moment.

All agents have cell phones and their direct lines transfer to their cell phones. They also receive all emails through their phones as well so if they are in a situation where they may not be able to answer the phone it is entirely possible they can respond via email.

Colt RM has a customer for life. My prior agent did not shop my policy at renewal time and told me that my current company is offering the best quote for my renewal. I called Susan and she was able to get me multiple quotes for my business (Flight School) and several of them were cheaper than my old policy.

  Marc has been involved in the aviation insurance business for 17 years. First as an underwriter for AIG Aviation, Inc. and then as an agent for NAIA, Inc.
  Marc specializes in Large Commercial/Fleet, Corporate Accounts and National Accounts but is able to handle any type of account. He is a Private Pilot with Multi Engine and Instrument ratings and has logged about 1,000 hours.

  Susan is an accomplished aviation insurance agent who specializes in Piston Aircraft used for personal, business or commercial uses. She also works with small airports and FBO's and partners with them to assess and analyse their Risk Mangement needs and requirements.
  She has three kids, 2 dogs and is happily married to an ANA Captain who flys the 767. Susan and her family enjoy traveling via GA aircraft and you can likely run into her at airports throughout the South East.
